Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 11/12/2025

ACE Accessories® is committed to making our website and online services accessible and usable for all customers, including disabled people. We aim to comply with applicable UK equality and accessibility legislation, including the Equality Act 2010, and to follow recognised best-practice standards for web accessibility wherever reasonably possible.

Our commitment

We are working towards ensuring that:

  • Our content is clear, understandable and easy to navigate.

  • Key pages and user journeys can be accessed using a keyboard only.

  • Text has sufficient contrast with its background and is readable without requiring specific colour vision.

  • Images that convey information include appropriate alternative text.

  • Forms, buttons and interactive elements are labelled clearly and are as easy to use as possible.

  • Our website is compatible with commonly used assistive technologies and current major browsers.

We aim to design and develop our site with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as far as is reasonably practicable for a small business.

Measures we take

To support accessibility, ACE Accessories®:

  • Considers accessibility at the design and development stage of new pages and features.

  • Reviews key user journeys regularly (such as browsing products, placing orders and contacting us).

  • Works with our developers and partners to fix issues that are identified.

  • Trains relevant staff and contractors on the importance of accessibility and inclusive design.

Known limitations

We are aware that some parts of this website may not yet be fully accessible. For example:

  • Some older content or legacy pages may not fully meet current accessibility standards.

  • Third-party content, plug-ins or tools (for example, embedded maps, payment gateways or review widgets) may not always be fully under our control.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website and to address any issues as we become aware of them, prioritising the features that are most important to our customers.
